We have access to search the Alberta Land Titles database. Land Title records may be obtained by using the the Legal Land Description, the Title Number or the LINC Number. An example of Legal Land Description can be: Plan 1234ABC Block D Lot 90 or SW24-43-03-W5.If you know the Civic Address of a property, the Legal Land Description of the property can usually be obtained by contacting the municipal office in which the property is located. * Please note - there is often a charge for this information.Various Land Titles service request forms are available through our Downloadable Forms menu at the top of the page.
